Actions A new positioning statement and personality attributes were articulated based on a brainstorming session with the client. The new brand identity was developed with English and French versions. Stationery standards, and a comprehensive marketing communications system were also developed. The brand guidelines were produced in both English and French. As part of the overall design platform, a framing system for images was developed, based on the outer contours of the company’s symbol. The imagery style reinforced the brand promise: the Personal is “easy to do business with.”
